For 6 people:
60 g Fig vermicelli
1 pack Honig Base for Tomato Soup
150 g beef soup balls
250 g cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp.
1500 ml of water
1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
2. As soon as the soup boils, add the soup balls, the halved cherry tomatoes and the Fig vermicelli.
3. Put the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
