Honig Letter Vermicelli Noodles - 275g

Honig Vermicelli Figures and Letters gives a tasty filling to a fresh, homemade soup. 
This Vermicelli is suitable for 27 people and is on the table within 10 minutes. 
Quick and easy to prepare with the familiar taste of Honig. 

Ingredients:

• Wheat semolina

For 6 people:
60 g Fig vermicelli
1 pack Honig Base for Tomato Soup
150 g beef soup balls
250 g cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp.
chives
1500 ml of water

1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
2. As soon as the soup boils, add the soup balls, the halved cherry tomatoes and the Fig vermicelli.
3. Put the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Garnish the soup with chives
