Honig Pea Soup is a hearty soup that includes peas and celeriac. By adding fresh ingredients you can make a delicious, richly filled meal soup. All you have to add yourself is 1/2 smoked sausage, 1 small potato and 125g pea soup vegetables. This portion for 4 people is ready within 20 minutes!
Ingredients: Bouillon, Peas 20%, Vegetables (Onion, Leek, Carrot, Celeriac, Spinach), Potato Starch, Wheat Flour, Salt, Celery, Potato, Hardened Vegetable Oil, Flavouring, Taste Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate, Ribonucleotide), Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fat, Lovage, Savory, Spices (Turmeric, Pepper, Bay Leaf), Colouring (Ammonia Caramel), Celery Seed.
Preparation:
Add yourself: ✓ 1/2 smoked sausage ✓ 1 small potato (50 g) ✓ 125 g pea soup vegetables or farmer's soup vegetables

Directions: 1. Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1 liter of cold water, stir well with a whisk and bring the soup to a boil. 2. Add the thinly sliced smoked sausage, the peeled potato cubes and the pea soup vegetables or farmer's soup vegetables. 3. When the soup is boiling, reduce the heat to low. While stirring regularly, let the soup simmer for another 15 minutes (without the lid). 4. Turn off the heat and let the soup stand for another 5 minutes in the pan (without the lid).

Variation tip For a more spicy flavor, add a half bunch of finely chopped celery in step 2.
