Honig Limburg Asparagus Soup is a tasty, bound cream soup. By adding fresh ingredients, you can put a delicious, homemade soup on the table. This portion for 6 people is ready within 20 minutes!

Ingredients: Bouillon, Whey, Wheat Flour, Starch, Dried Vegetables (Asparagus, Onion, Celery Root), Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (with Soy), Wheat Starch, Salt, Lactose, Soy Seasoning, Flavor Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Ribonucleotides), Milk Protein, Herbs (Parsley, Cervil), Spices (Pepper, Curcumin, Mace, Nutmeg), Citric Acid.

Add yourself: ✓ 300 g of white asparagus ✓ 100 g of ham ✓ 2 tbsp. fresh parsley

Directions: 1 Sprinkle the contents of the sachet in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk. 2 Once the soup is boiling, add the peeled and diced asparagus and the diced ham. 3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and, while stirring occasionally, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes. Garnish the soup with the chopped parsley.
