Homemade fish sticks/schnitzel
Sprinkle the fish/pork fillet with salt and pepper. Beat the egg. Dip the fillet in the egg mixture and immediately sprinkle with breadcrumbs and possibly with extra herbs. Fry on medium heat for +/- 10 minutes until done.

100% breadcrumbs: 96% rice flour, 3% dextrose (corn), salt, emulsifier: (mono- and diglycerides), turmeric powder, paprika powder, antioxidant: (tocopherol)
