Koopman's Allesbinder - 200g
With Koopmans Allesbinder you can easily bind all your dishes. The Allesbinder has a neutral taste and clear binding. This makes it suitable for binding all your clear soups and dishes. You can add this handy all-purpose binder directly to the hot liquid or dish. Boil for a minute and you're done!
Ingredients Maltodextrin, potato starch
- Gravy, vegetable stew and stews: use approximately 20 g (3 tablespoons)
All-binder per 250 ml of liquid.
- Soup: Use approximately 40 g (6 tablespoons)
of all-binder per 1 liter of soup.
-White sauce: bring 250 ml milk with 15 g butter or margarine to the boil.
Sprinkle about 30 g (5 tablespoons) of all-purpose binding agent (salt and pepper to taste)
