Shopping list for 3-4 persons • 300g (lean) minced meat • 500g sauerkraut • 2 onions (150g) • 1 egg • 600g potato slices • 125ml crème fraîche (light) 650g vegetables in total
Preparation (3-4 persons) 10 min. Oven time 45 min.
1) Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, hot air to 180 ° C. Pre-cook the raw potato slices for about 5 minutes. Chop the onions. Drain the sauerkraut in a colander.
2) Fry the minced meat in a frying pan or frying pan. Fry the onions along with the sauerkraut for 5 minutes with the minced meat.
3) Divide half of the pre-cooked potato slices over the bottom of a greased oven dish. Put the minced meat on top with the sauerkraut.
