Shopping list for 3-4 people • 300g (lean) minced meat • 500g cauliflower • 1 large onion (100g) • 1 egg • 600g potato slices • 150ml cooking cream (light) 600g vegetables in total
Preparation method (3-4 persons)
Prepare 10 min. Oven time 45 min.
1) Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, hot air to 180 ° C. Pre-boil the raw potato slices and cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes and finely chop the onion.
2) Fry the minced meat with the onion in a frying pan or frying pan. Fry the drained cauliflower florets briefly with the minced meat.
3) Divide half of the pre-cooked potato slices over the bottom of a greased oven dish. Add the minced meat with the cauliflower on top.
4) Add the contents of the bag of oven mix together with 150ml of cooking cream to 200ml of cold water and stir well with a whisk. Then add the egg and stir it well again. Pour 3/4 of the prepared oven mix evenly over the oven dish. Wait 2 minutes and in the meantime spread the other half potato slices on top. Finally, pour the remaining part evenly over the oven dish. Leave the oven dish in the oven for about 45 minutes until done and golden brown.
