Shopping list: a Nasi vegetable package (450 g), 125 grams sliced ​​mushrooms, bean sprouts, 3 spring onions, 300 g pork or chicken breast and 250 g rice.
Preparation: cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and rinse the bean sprouts.
Preparation method: 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and cooked through. Stir-fry the vegetable package for a few minutes. 2.
