Verstegen Endive (Andijvie) Spice Mix - 10g
MIX FOR ENDIVES
Peel 1kg of potatoes, cut into small pieces and cook until tender. Drain the potatoes, add this mix, 50g butter and 100ml milk and mash. Fold 400g sliced endive into the puree. Delicious with crispy bacon cubes and a fried onion.
