Verstegen Kale (Boerenkool) Spice Mix - 10g



Put 1 kg of peeled and chopped potatoes with 3 dl of water and a little salt in a large pan. Place 300 g kale and a smoked sausage on top of the potatoes and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Then remove the smoked sausage from the pan. Mash the potatoes and kale and mix in this mix, a dash of milk and a knob of butter. Serve with the smoked sausage.
