MIX FOR HACHEE
Mix this mix with 1 kg of beef steaks and let it soak in for a while. Brown the meat on both sides in hot oil or butter. Deglaze with 100 ml of water and let it stew with a lid on low heat for about 1.5 hours. Add 4 sliced onions and then simmer for another 30 minutes over low heat. Serve the hachee meat with a tasty stew of your choice.
