LOW SODIUM MIX FOR CHICKEN
Preparation method (for 4 people): rub 1 kg drumsticks/chicken legs or a whole chicken with approx. 2 tbsp (20 g) Verstegen mix, or rub 500 g chicken (thigh) fillet with approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) Verstegen mix. Let it withdraw. Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp (olive) oil and fry the chicken over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through. Chicken can also be cooked in the oven at 180°C.Ingredients:
