Verstegen Steak (Biefstuk) Mini Shaker - 70g

MIX FOR STEAK

Method of preparation (for 4 people): rub 500 g steak with approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Heat 2 tbsp (olive) oil in a frying pan, add a knob of butter and sear the steak on both sides over high heat. Reduce the heat slightly and add another knob of butter. Bake the meat until the desired degree of doneness (rosé, medium, well done).
