Verstegen Shoarma Shaker - 170g



Requirements (for 4 people): 500 g chicken (thigh) fillet, pork or lamb (in strips), approx. 1½ tbsp (15 g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (olive) oil, 1 red bell pepper, 1 white onion.

Cooking method: cut the meat into strips, if necessary. 
Season the meat with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the onion into rings. Heat a frying pan or wok with the (olive) oil and add the bell pepper, onion and meat. Stir-fry on high heat for approx. 8-10 minutes.

Variation tip: serve the shoarma in Turkish bread. 
Garnish with iceberg lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
