Verstegen Ground Beef (Gehakt) Shaker - 225g



Requirements (for 4 people): 500 g minced meat, approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (olive) oil, 1 rusk or 20 g breadcrumbs, 1 egg or approx. 100 ml milk/water.

Preparation: mix the minced meat with the Verstegen mix. 
If necessary, add rusks/breadcrumbs, an egg or milk/water. Mix everything together and form four balls of approx. 125 g. Heat a frying pan with the (olive) oil and fry the meatballs on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes until nicely browned and done.

Variation tip: add 1 tsp Verstegen Oregano or Italian Herbs to the minced meat for a spicy twist. 
Make soup balls or serve with pasta and tomato sauce.
