- Place 300 ml of water (at room temperature 10-20°C), the cottage cheese and the whipped cream in a bowl and mix together with a mixer with whisks on the lowest setting. For best results, use the cottage cheese and whipped cream directly from the refrigerator. - Add the cake mix and mix the mixture with the mixer on the lowest setting for 1 minute until a smooth mixture. Then beat it on the highest setting for 2½ minutes until it becomes a fluffy mass. - Pour the cake mixture over your desired base. - Let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 2½ hours.
