Brownies Choco is now available in a vegan version: Vegan Brownies Chocolate. That means the brownie is 100% plant-based. So without ingredients such as gelatin, dairy and egg.

Ingredients Powdered sugar wheat flour modified potato starch 10% skimmed cocoa powder* cornstarch salt raising agents (E450, E500) thickener (xanthan gum) *Rainforest Alliance Certified. Learn more at ra.org.

Necessities - 1 pack of Dr. Oetker Vegan Brownies Chocolate - 50 g margarine (vegetable, wrapped) - 100ml of water
Preparation: ± 15 minutes Baking time: ± 45 minutes
Oven temperature Electric oven: 180°C Fan oven: 170°C
Kitchenware - Mixer with whisks - Mixing bowl
Prepare (5 minutes) - Place the rack slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven. - Press the perforated edges of the baking tin downwards (outwards). Prepare batter (10 minutes) - Beat 50 grams of margarine in the mixing bowl until soft with a mixer. - Add the brownie mix and 100 ml water and mix everything well with the mixer on the lowest setting. - Blend for 1 minute on medium speed until smooth. - Distribute the batter evenly in the baking pan. Baking (approx. 45 minutes) - Place the baking tin on the rack in the center of the preheated oven. - Bake the brownies for about 45 minutes. - Let the brownies cool in the tin before removing them.
