Add yourself 100 g cold butter 1 egg (55 g)

1. Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough, making sure that the butter does not become too soft. Sprinkle the dough with flour and let it rest in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes.

3. Place the dough biscuits on baking paper or a greased baking tray and bake for 18 minutes.
4. Let the gingerbread cookies cool on a wire rack until they are hard and crispy. Make your gingerbread more fun by punching all kinds of shapes out of the dough with cookie cutters.
