Koopman's Farmer's Cake (Boerencake) Mix - 400g

Preparation:

What you'll need: 1 pack Koopmans Boerencake, 200gr butter, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp water

1. Place the grid slightly below the center of the oven and preheat the oven
2. Grease the cake tin with butter and dist the inside with flour or use baking spray
3. With the mixer, beat 200gr of butter in amixing bowl until soft and creamy
4. Add the cake mix along with 1 tbsp of water and 4 eggs
5. Stir everything together with the mixer on the lowest setting until smooth
6. Once smooth, beat the batter with the mixer on the highest setting into a light batter
7. Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake the cake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown
