After a night's sleep, your body can use a good breakfast. Jumbo wholegrain porridge is not only tasty, but also nutritious.

Ingredients Whole wheat flour water iodised salt
Allergen: Wheat (gluten)

Tip: add a tablespoon of whole grain porridge to a smoothie.

1. Heat 250 ml of milk in a pan or heat the milk in the microwave for about 1 minute. 2. Put the warm milk together with 4 tablespoons (35 g) of wholemeal breakfast porridge mix in a bowl. 3. Mix this into a whole.
Tip: season the porridge with a dash of honey.
