The Oldtimers Scheepsknopen is a liquorice that, contrary to what you might think, does not taste like the sea at all. It has a full-sweet taste and in that respect it is somewhat reminiscent of the Oldtimers Centuries-old Freshwater Sailors, although the latter licorice candy is much softer than those with the shape of ship knots. These Knopen are gelatin-free and gluten-free licorice based on natural colorings and flavourings.
