The Patisse poffertjes pan is ideal for baking poffertjes at home. Thanks to the fast and even conduction of the cast aluminium, the pan is warm and ready for use in no time. This material is suitable for use on gas, vitro-ceramic, electric and halogen. 
Butter the holes in the preheated poffertjes pan with a brush. Then fill the moulds with poffertjes batter using, for example, a batter bottle or dosing bottle. Turn the poffertjes over with a poffertjes fork as soon as the bottom starts to discolour.

Clean the poffertjes pan with warm water and soap
