Home Made Mix for Oliebollen - 1000g

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Modified Starch, Whey Powder, Sugar, Salt, Yeast.

Directions

You'll Need:
• 1 Homemade Oliebollen Mix
• 1L warm water
• oil
• muffin tin

Prep:

1. Pre-heat oven to 400F or 190C
2. Use a large bowl to mix the oliebollen mix and water into a batter without lumps (mixer with doughhook)
3. Cover and let batter rise in a warm area for 30-45 minutes.

Oven:
4. Use oil to grease muffin tin.
5. Scoop 50g balls into each muffin spot and place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
6. place on a paper towel to drain excess oil before serving.

Deep Fry:
4. Heat oil to 400F or 190C
5. drop in 50g spoonfulls
6. Fry for around 4 min , turning after 2 min.
7. place on a paper towel to drain excess oil before serving.

Serve with icing suger

Option: Add apples, raisins, or currants to your batter
