Verstegen Sauerkraut (Zuurkool) Spice Mix - 10g
MIX FOR STAMPOT SAUERKRAUT
Put 1 kg of peeled and chopped potatoes with water and a little salt in a large pan. Place 500g sauerkraut and a smoked sausage on top of the potatoes and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Then remove the smoked sausage from the pan. Mash the potatoes and sauerkraut finely and mix this mix, a dash of milk and a knob of butter through it. Let it heat through on low. Serve with the smoked sausage.
Ingredients: Vegetables (41% onion, 8% bell pepper, garlic), salt, spices (nutmeg, caraway seeds, 3% pepper), herbs (6% parsley, celery leaf)
