Boemboe for Ajam Peniki is prepared with fried peppers and lemongrass, among other things. With this boemboe you can make the well-known, spicy chicken dish from Indonesian cuisine from your chicken in no time.
1 chicken in pieces or +/- 1 kg chicken legs, 400 ml coconut milk
Preparation method:
per 100 g spice mix: Fry the chicken in the oil until light brown and put them aside. Fry the spice mix in 1 tablespoon of oil, add the 400ml coconut milk and finally the fried chicken pieces.
