Poffertjes Pan - Non Stick - Patisse

The Patisse poffertjes pan is made of cast aluminum and has a non-stick coating and a plastic handle. The pan with a diameter of 25 cm has room to prepare 19 poffertjes at the same time. The aluminum heats up quickly and the non-stick coating prevents the poffertjes from sticking to the pan.

The Patisse poffertjes pan is ideal for baking poffertjes at home. Thanks to the fast conduction of the cast aluminum, the pan is warm and ready for use in no time. This material is not suitable for use on induction.
Butter the holes in the preheated poffertjes pan with a brush. Then fill the molds with poffertjes batter using, for example, a batter bottle or dosing bottle. Turn the poffertjes over with a poffertjes fork as soon as the bottom starts to discolor.
