Jumbo Gluten Free Pancake Mix - 400g
Preparation method:
Necessities • 1 pack (400 g) pancake mix gluten free • 800 ml semi-skimmed milk or vegetable drink (rice, soy, almond or oat drink) • 5 eggs • Margarine • Mixer • Batter bowl
Directions: Place the pancake mix, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix with a mixer to a smooth batter. Heat some margarine in a frying pan and pour a thin layer of batter into the pan until the bottom is covered. Fry the pancakes on medium sides until brown and cooked through.
