Koopman's Complete Pancake Mix Bottle - 210g

Koopman's Complete Pancake Shaker is a baking mix to which you only need to add water. Thanks to the handy shaker, the batter is ready in no time. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Skimmed milk powder, Buckwheat flour, Maltodextrin, Chicken egg powder, Raising agents (calcium phosphates, potassium carbonates), Salt, Silicon dioxide

Contains Eggs, Wheat, and Milk

Preparation method: Add yourself 350ml of water.

1. Important: shake the bottle a few times with the cap down, so that the mix comes loose from the bottom of the bottle.
2. Open the bottle and add the water (350ml) to the mark on the side of the bottle.
3. Close the bottle carefully.
4. Turn the bottle over with the cap down. Check that all mixes come loose from the bottom. If this is not the case, give the bottle a firm tap so that it comes loose.
5. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute until the mix is completely mixed with the water.
6. Let the mix stand for 1 minute to allow the mix to dissolve completely
7. Heat a knob of butter or dash of oil in a hot frying pan.
8.  Pour some batter into the pan, let it run over the bottom and fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
