Preparation method • Rub 1 kg of bacon steaks evenly with the mix. • Heat the butter or baking product in a pan and fry the bacon until brown and tender. • Do not add salt or pepper. Tip • Tasty with a stew or with beetroot and boiled potatoes with a pinch of Silvo parsley.
