Honig English Oxtail Soup is a delicious slightly thickened soup. The fine vegetables and the spices of cloves and bay leaves give your homemade soup a delicious taste. This soup base is good for 6 people and can be on the table within 20 minutes.

1 Sprinkle the contents of the bag in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
2 Once the soup is boiling, add the sliced mushrooms.
3 Place the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish the soup with the finely chopped chives.
