Babi pangang sauce is a sweet and sour gravy for crispy fried pork chops.

Bold flavour of savoury soy tomato puree, garlic, and ginger

Fry 600g pork marinated with sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, honey, pressed garlic clove, and finely chopped ginger until cooked through and golden. Then slice thin.

Gravy: Mix the babi pangang mix with 2 tablespoons of butter and add 100-200 ml of boiled water.

Place the meat on a platter or plate and pour the sauce over it.
Serve with rice, atjar, and kroepoek (prawn crackers).
