Spice Cup #9 Soto - 100g
Soto is an Indonesian soup with tender meat, such as chicken or beef, vegetables, and spicy broth.
Warm flavours of shallots, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and turmeric
Put a pan with 1 liter of water on the stove, add the whole chicken thigh fillets, the leek rings, the soto spice mix, and salt to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 45 minutes. Then remove the chicken from the pan and shred it with two forks. Set aside.Add potato slices to the broth and cook until tender
serve over glass noodles with thinly sliced spring onions, fried onions, bean sprouts, and a few celery leaves. Top with a little sweet soy sauce and a squeeze of lime juice. Finally, add a halved egg.
