Ingredients: Onion, Hydrolized Vegetable Protein, Potato Starch, Salt, Garlic, Glucose Syrup, Chives, Vegetable Fat, Soy Sauce, Flavouring, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Ribonucleotides, Onion Extract, Herb Extract, Sugar, Celery, Colour, Parsley, Celery Seed, Lovage, Spices, Chervil, Citric Acid.
Preparation:
Add yourself: ✓ 2 medium onions ✓ 3 large spring onions
Directions: 1 Sprinkle the contents of the sachet in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk. 2 Once the soup is boiling, add the onion rings and finely chopped spring onions. 3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and, while stirring occasionally, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes.

Variation tip: Fry 2 sliced red onions briefly in a pan with 2 tbsp. oil. Add a bay leaf and deglaze with 1.5 L of cold water and add the contents of the sachet. Continue your preparation with step 3. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
