Silvo Chili Con Carne Spice Mix - 35g

Ingredients Spices 33.1% (cayenne pepper 12.3%, onion powder, pepper 5.1%, cumin 4.8%, garlic powder, white pepper) wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin) starch salt 10.2% maltodextrin cocoa powder oregano Without hydrogenated fats Without preservatives Without artificial colors Without added MSG Preparation method Add: • 500 g minced meat • 1 large pot / can of brown beans • 1 red pepper • 1 onion • 1 can of tomato puree (140 g) Preparation method • Drain the brown beans. • Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and dice the flesh. • Peel the onion and chop finely. • Bake minced meat in a dash of oil. • Bake the pepper and onion for 2 minutes. • Add tomato puree. • Stir the mix and 300 ml of cold water. • Pour in the mixture and bring to the boil while stirring. • Add beans and heat the whole in 15 minutes, while stirring. • Do not add salt or pepper. Tip • Delicious with rice or boiled potatoes and a salad.
