Mix for goulash
Heat butter or oil in a frying pan and fry 1 kg stew meat until light brown. Add this mix and a sliced onion and fry briefly. Add a can of tomato puree (34 g) and deglaze with 250 ml water. Let simmer on low heat for about 2 hours. Add a sliced bell pepper for the last half hour. Serve the goulash with rice or a delicious mashed potato with Verstegen nutmeg.Ingredients:
