Verstegen Chicken (Kip) Paprika Spice Mix - 30g

Mix for chicken paprika

(For 4 people): Rub 500 g chicken fillets, drumsticks, chicken legs or a whole chicken well with this mix and leave to soak in briefly. Fry the chicken breasts on both sides in oil or butter until browned and cooked through.

Chicken cubes can be fried in a wok or frying pan. Chicken with a bone tastes best in the oven: put a whole chicken in the oven at 180 °C for 70 minutes, chicken legs for 30-45 minutes.
Variation tip: serve spiced chicken legs from the oven with baked potatoes with Verstegen rosemary and fresh seasonal vegetables.
