Verstegen Hamburger Spice Mix - 30g

MIX FOR HAMBURGER

(For 4 people): mix this mix with 500 g minced beef and knead well. Shape into balls, flatten into burgers and fry or grill until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Serve the burgers on a bun with lettuce, tomato, melted cheese and fried onion.
