Mix for marinade
Mix 20 g mix (= approx. 2 tablespoons) with 1 kg chicken fillet or pork, add some soy sauce and oil if necessary and leave to soak for at least 30 minutes. Roast the meat on the BBQ or bake it in the frying pan until nicely browned and done.Ingredients:
