Koopman's Spiced Cookie (Speculaas) Mix - 400g

With Koopmans speculaascake you can easily bake a deliciously airy speculaas cake.
Just add butter, eggs and a little water to the mix and bake!
Wonderfully airy Crispy crust For approximately 25 slices
Add: 150 g butter, 4 eggs and 50 ml water, possibly 12 g almond shavings
