Classic Christmas fruitcake with marzipan filling!

Ingredients: wheat flour, 24% raisins, sugar, palm fat, dextrose, glucose-fructose syrup, almonds, rapeseed oil, orange peels, humectant: sorbitols; lemon peels, wheat starch, yeast, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate; natural flavouring, salt, fully hydrogemated palm fat (certified sustainable palm oil).
