Honig Allesbinder - 200gr
An all-purpose binder to thinken up your sauces, soups, gravies and stews!
Make a sauce!
1. Bring 300 ml of water, stock and/or milk to the boil.
2. Stir in 25 to 30 grams of Allesbinder with a whisk (approx. 1/4 cup).
3. Cook the sauce gently for 1 minute more.
4. Season the sauce with salt and herbs and if desired, stir 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream through the sauce.
Customize with veggies, spices, herbs!
