Bahmi Goreng spice and vegetable mix, for a delicious authentic dish.
Preparation method (20 minutes, 3-4 people)
Add yourself: 400gr fresh vegetables, 50gr ham cubes, 250gr unsalted pork, 250gr Conimex Mie noodles, Conimex Wok oil
Instructions:
- Break the mie into a few pieces. Cook the mie according to the instructions on the packaging. Pour off, rinse with cold water and allow to drain.
- Soak the contents of this bag in 100 ml of boiling water.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in one wok. Fry the pork cubes.
- Add the Mix for Bahmi Goreng.
- Then add the fresh vegetables and fry them for 2 min.
- Finally add the ham cubes and the drained mie and fry while constantly stering.
