Jumbo Farmer's Cake (Boerencake) Mix - 400g

Mix for Farmer's Cake

Place the butter in a mixing bowl and stir it with a mixer with garden on a medium speed until a creamy mass. Then add the farmer's cake mix and the eggs and beat the mixture at high speed for 3 minutes until it becomes a fluffy batter. Now fill a greased cake tin with the batter.
Baking: place the farmer's cake in the middle of the preheated oven and bake for 60-70 minutes. Let the cake cool on a rack.
Tip: the cake is done when you insert a skewer into the center of the cake and it comes out clean.
