Jumbo Apple Cake (Appeltaart) Mix - 400g
It's never been easier to make fresh apple cake at home!
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Sugar, Raising agents (Diphosphates, Sodium carbonates), Salt, Natural flavour (milk), Sodium ferrocyanide (acidity regulator)

Preparation: Soak the raisins in warm water and pat them dry. Knead the cold butter or margarine, 2/3 of the beaten egg and the apple pie mix with a mixer with dough hooks or by hand into a cohesive dough. Grease the springworm and cover the bottom and edge with 2/3 of the dough. Peel the apples and core them. Then cut the apples into slices or segments and mix them with the sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Divide the filling over the springform pan and press it down slightly. Roll out the remaining dough and cut strips. Place the strips in a diamond shape on the filling and brush them and the edge of the apple pie with the remaining egg.
Baking: place the apple pie on a rack at the bottom of the preheated oven and bake for 60-75 minutes. Let the apple pie cool for about 1 hour and then remove the springform pan.
