Honig Chinese Vegetable Soup is a delicious, clear soup with vegetables and Chinese vermicelli. By adding fresh ingredients you can make a delicious soup yourself. This portion for 6 people is ready within 10 minutes!

Ingredients: Dried Vegetables (Carrot, Onion, Leek, Red Pepper, Celery), Bouillon, Vermicelli (Flour), Starch, Salt, Glucose Syrup, Egg Strips (Flour, Skimmed Milk Powder, Egg, Salt, Spices), Herbs, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Ribonucleotides, Soy Sauce (Salt, Soy, Wheat, Modified Starch), Spices, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil.

Add yourself: ✓ 250 g oriental wok vegetables ✓ 3 large spring onions

Directions: 1 Sprinkle the contents of the sachet in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk. 2 As soon as the soup boils, add the oriental wok vegetables and the finely chopped spring onions. 3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and, while stirring occasionally, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes.
Honig is the ideal basis for your homemade soup. 
Variation tip Replace the ingredients in step 2 with 250 g of Chinese stir-fry vegetables. Before serving, add 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro.
