Honig Vegetable Cheese Sauce - 140gr.


Honig Vegetable sauce cheese tastes good with eg cauliflower, broccoli, chicory, leek, endive, white cabbage, Brussels sprouts, etc. Sprinkle the mix directly into hot water or use the vegetable water.

Ingredients: Bouillon (with Soy), Glucose Syrup, Starch, Cream, Cheese (2.5%), Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Artificial Flavouring, Salt, Onion, Lactose, Monosodium Glutamate, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Milk Protein, Xantham and Guar Gum, Spices (Circumin, Nutmeg, Mustard, Mace).

General preparation method
1. Bring 2 dl (200 ml) water to the boil or use 2 dl (200 ml) vegetable water. 2. Using a whisk, whisk 5 tablespoons (35 g) of sauce mix into the water or vegetable juice and keep stirring until the sauce has thickened. 3. Simmer the sauce for 2 minutes and pour it over the vegetables.

Variation tips: Honig Vegetable sauce cheese is also very easy to give your own touch: • A teaspoon of mustard gives the sauce a spicy character. • Add 2 slices of ham cut into strips through the sauce to make a ham & cheese sauce.
