Preparation: Shopping list for 3-4 people • 300g (lean) minced meat • 500g leek • 1 red pepper (150g) • 1 egg • 600g potato slices • 125ml cooking cream (light) 650g vegetables in total
Prepare 10 min. Oven time 45 min.
Preparation method (3-4 persons)
1) Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, hot air to 180 ° C. Pre-cook the raw potato slices for about 5 minutes.
2) Fry the minced meat in a frying pan or frying pan. Cut the leeks into thin rings and bell pepper into strips and fry them briefly with the minced meat.
