Preparation (3-4 persons)
1) Cut the green beans pieces of 3 cm. Boil the green beans (al dente) in a pan with a little water. Drain the beans. Meanwhile, cut the bell pepper into cubes and the onion.
2) Fry the minced meat in a frying pan. Then add the sliced ​​bell pepper and onion and fry briefly.
3) Lower the heat and add the sauce mix, 250 ml water and 50 ml cream. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
4) Add the green beans to the minced meat mixture. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Let it heat gently for 2 minutes.
