Honig Lasagne Traditional Sauce Mix - 125g.


With the Honig Mix for Lasagna Sauce Tradizionale you can quickly make a delicious lasagna. Add fresh ingredients to your liking and easily put your favorite Italian classics on the table. Full of natural ingredients.

Preparation method:
Add yourself: 125gr Honig Green Lasagna Sheets, 300ml semi-skimmed milk, 300gr minced beef, 250gr Italian stir-fry mix, 390gr Heinz diced tomatoes, 500ml water. 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 4). Grease an oven dish of approx. 1500 ml. 
  2. Pour the milk into a bowl. Stir in the contents of the Béchamel sauce bag with a whisk. Let the sauce stand for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat. Add the stir-fry mix. Bake this briefly.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, 500 ml water and Honig base for lasagne sauce Tradizionale. Bring everything to a boil while stirring. Let it simmer for about 1 minute.
  5. Build the lasagna. Start with a layer of lasagna sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Cover the sauce with lasagna sheets. Repeat until the sauce is used up. Finish with a layer of lasagna sheets.
  6. Spoon the béchamel sauce onto the top layer of lasagne sheets. Bake the lasagna in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Let the lasagna stand for about 5 minutes.


Lasagna Sauce: Wheat flour, Starch, Vegetables (tomato, onion, carrot), Sugar, Stock powder (soy), Salt, Herbs (garlic, marjoram, parsley, basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary), Rapeseed oil, Potassium chloride, Cheese powder (milk), Citric acid, Spices (pepper, mace, cayenne pepper), Paprika extract, Sunflower oil.
Béchamel Sauce: Modified starch, Cheese powders, Whey powder, Salt, Sunflower oil, Yeast extract, Natural flavors (contain celery, wheat, milk), Butterfat, Rapeseed oil, Lactose, Sugar, Potassium chloride, Onion, Skimmed milk components, Milk protein, Herbs (oregano, basil, marjoram), Citric acid, Spices (nutmeg, turmeric).
