Preparation:
Add yourself • 350 g macaroni or spaghetti • 300 g lean ground beef • 400 g macaroni / spaghetti vegetable package • 250 g cherry tomatoes cut in half • 1 can of tomato paste (70 g) • 2 to 3 tbsp vegetable oil • 150 ml of water
1. Cook the macaroni or spaghetti as indicated on the package. 2. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the minced meat in it and until done. Finally add the vegetable package, the cherry tomatoes and the can of tomato puree and fry for a while. 3. Add 150 ml of water and the contents of the bag of mix for macaroni & spaghetti. Heat the whole while stirring for about 1 minute. 4. Add the pasta, stir well and heat briefly.
Variation tip Instead of using 300 g ground beef, vegetarian mince and replace the vegetable package with 200 g grilled bell pepper and 200 g celery.
Serving tip Sprinkle the pasta with grated cheese and serve with a mixed salad.
